Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or browsing tivertonpsych, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase adult products in your jurisdiction.

These terms apply to all transactions processed through tivertonpsych. Continued use of this site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: January 2026.

Permitted Use

Products sold by tivertonpsych are for personal use only. Resale, commercial rental, or redistribution of any product or product image without written permission is prohibited.

Liability Limitations

tivertonpsych's liability on any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use or delivery delays.

Silicone dolls must be used in accordance with the care guide provided. Damage resulting from improper cleaning agents, extreme heat, or structural modification voids the product warranty.

Intellectual Property

All product photography, descriptions, configuration tools, and branding on this site are the exclusive property of tivertonpsych. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping of content is prohibited and will be pursued.

Cancellations and Refunds

Standard stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom silicone doll orders enter production within 48 hours — cancellation after that point forfeits the production deposit.

Defective units are eligible for replacement or store credit upon photographic evidence submitted within 14 days of delivery. Shipping damage claims must be filed within 72 hours of receipt.

Third-Party Services

tivertonpsych uses third-party payment processors and logistics providers. We are not responsible for delays or data handling practices by these external parties, though we select partners who meet GDPR-level data standards.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. tivertonpsych will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

Your Rights

Customers in the EU and UK retain statutory consumer rights in addition to the terms above. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

tivertonpsych may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered accounts at least 7 days before taking effect. Archived versions are available on request.
