Custom production runs 8–12 weeks. You receive factory photos at the quality check stage before shipment is approved. If the finish doesn't match your configuration, we re-cast it — no charge.

Shipping & Discretion

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. The shipper name on the label is a neutral logistics company — not tivertonpsych. Tracked shipping to 40+ countries is standard, not an upgrade.
